Jessie Douglass-Smith McGraw

Jessie Douglass-Smith McGraw is a professional and personal coach and 3 Principles educator with a private practice helping people transform their lives. With a degree in Psychology and a former career in the arts, she helps others using her understanding of the human mind and the insights she gained from instantly overcoming decades of anxiety and a crippling depression through a life-changing realization. That realization is what led her to the field of the 3 Principles, where she sought to understand what had happened to her and thusly, giving her a language to describe the indescribable.

While she works with clients globally, teaches at universities and organizations, and has an in-demand coaching program for the top talent in dance and choreography at Bloc Agency in Los Angeles and New York, her work guides people from all different backgrounds to remove mental barriers, embrace their true selves, and create fulfilling, ease-filled lives. Her approach focuses on lasting change, helping people express their innate brilliance and live with greater presence and authenticity.

No matter her audience or who sits across from her, Jessie has a reputation for “listening with a compassion that makes you feel seen, heard, and valued in a way that’s truly special. Yet, what’s remarkable about Jessie is not just her ability to listen but how she guides you to listen to yourself.” In a complex world, “Jessie’s methods are simple, deep and immensely freeing.”

Jessie was born and raised in Northern California, now based in Los Angeles. She has been with her loving, guitar-playing, business-partner husband, Mike, since 2003, she adores her family and has deep, meaningful friendships that span decades. She continues to dance weekly with her mentor from her pro-dancing days, she LOVES her work and is incredibly grateful and proud to be on the Board of Directors for 3pGC, as she is deeply passionate about getting the understanding into more households, and collaborating around that mission is an honor.
