Chana Studley left an Academy Award-winning 20-year career in the film business to teach and coach full-time. Her personal experience with trauma ( In the early 80s she was mugged 3 times; fractured skull, broken neck, and 3 herniated discs) and 30 years as a counselor have enabled her to help countless people suffering from anxiety and stress.
After graduating from the One Thought Program Chana noticed that her 25 years of agonising chronic pain had disappeared. She took a deep dive into the MindBody Connection studying with medical doctors and conducting her own research and is now helping many people find relief with their chronic physical issues. “Understanding how our mind works and that our bodies have been screaming at us, brings freedom and lasting relief.”
Chana is a certified Life Coach, has diplomas in Psychology and Hormone Health, and is a World Health Organization Psychological First Responder. She has published 3 books and is a sought-after speaker and retreat leader.
Her Womens Membership Group is a wonderfully supportive forum with weekly group coaching sessions, a weekly book club, and daily Thought for the Day videos. https://www.chanastudley.com/membership
