Becoming grounded in The Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought has allowed me to forge a different relationship with my chronic pain and anxiety, enabling me to accomplish things I once believed were impossible. It was as if a light switch had turned on, illuminating a path for me to reclaim my life.
