Nathalie first worked in the non-profit sector for 10 years, then served others as a federal government public servant before she decided to create her own practice to offer coaching, training, facilitation, and mentoring services. Nathalie specializes in working with anyone in a leadership role or any human looking to explore mental health, peace, and innate well-being.
Leaders who have worked with Nathalie have expressed more ease in leading people, making decision, managing workload, as well as a greater satisfaction in their own personal lives. They are achieving greater results with more ease, confidence, and happiness.
Nathalie is also very experienced coaching for mental health and well-being. She has helped people overcome their struggle with things like chronic stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, depression, anxiety and burn out. She is also experienced working with people who are neurodivergent, have PTSD or PPDA.
When working with Nathalie, you can expect to have thought provoking discussions that will yield greater results than traditional coaching approaches. Instead of focusing the discussion on a behaviour or situation, we focus on creating transformation through insight and shifts in your understanding of human nature – yes this will include having a spiritual discussion of who we really are. When we shift the premise in which we see ourselves in relation to the external world, everything changes for us – creating space for possibility and true potential.
Nathalie is also a mom, wife and ‘cuddle-buddy’ for her fur babies. She loves being outdoors – canoeing, camping, fishing, hiking, gardening and enjoys playing sports with her friends and family. For fun, she is learning to play the ukulele and sign language.
