Like you, I’ve experienced a lot in life. I am twice divorced and I’ve been through bankruptcy. But the most profound experience in my life occurred when in 2012, my 20-year-old son Aaron, took his own life.
The tragedy of losing my son left me lost and grief-stricken for the better part of 5 years. By year 6, I needed to find a way to keep going, to find my way out of grieving and into living. Having little luck with traditional therapy, I embarked on a journey of seeking ‘self-improvement’.
As a sharer of The Three Principles, I work with groups and individuals. My sweet spot is working with women 50+ who have gone through life’s transitions and find themselves asking the questions “Who am I?” and “Where do I go from here?”
