Located in Copenhagen, Denmark I offer both fysical and online sessions, in Danish or English. I work primarily with adults and teenagers in an 1-1 setting, but occasionally I do fascilitate online group sessions.

I also give lectures and hold workshops for various companies, associations and groups.

I host 2 podcasts (in Danish): Dramadronningen på 1. (the dramaqueen on 1st floor) and Sara og de 3P’er (Sara and the 3P’s) and have written the book: En ny vej i livet – fra overtænkning til visdom/ Changing Direction – from overthinking to wisdom.

Since I’ve met the Principles I have looked to deepen my understanding, and in that process I have listened to podcasts, read books, joined courses, seminars, lectures and webinars, hosted 3P events and bookclubs, taken a 1 year practitioner education from the 3P institute and most important – I have been (and still are) constantly curious.
