Brooke Wheeldon-Reece, MBA, is the President and CEO of The SPARK Initiative, Inc. – a Principles based, non-profit organization. She is also the co-developer of the S.P.A.R.K. Mentoring Curriculum, which is currently being taught to over 1,000 children in Tampa and around the world. Prior to her work with The SPARK Initiative, she was a national trainer for the Mendez Foundation. She also spent time as a business consultant and curriculum developer for Verizon and Learning.com.
Dave Nichols is retired from nearly 30 years of community work. He is a leader in Three Principles-based community development. Dave was Executive Director of Center for Sustainable Change from 2012 until 2017. Immediately preceding his role as the Center’s Executive Director, Dave (with Ami Chen Mills-Naim) co-directed the Center’s W.K. Kellogg Foundation-funded National Community Resiliency Project (NCRP). For over three years he led NCRP’s on-site work in Charlotte, NC. During his time with the NCRP, Dave served as Executive Director of Lakewood Community Development Corporation, a neighborhood-based nonprofit organization dedicated to revitalizing the economically challenged Lakewood neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. Dave and his wife, Chini, both lived and worked in Lakewood for 17 years and continue to live there today. Dave, a BA graduate of Wake Forest University, a two-year missionary in Nigeria and Liberia, a Masters of Divinity graduate of Andover Newton Theological School, and a carpenter/cabinet maker/kitchen designer, served as Director of Habitat for Humanity in Orange County (Chapel Hill) and Director of Neighborhood Housing Services of Charlotte before starting his work in Lakewood. Dave currently serves on the Board of Directors of Three Principles Global Community (3PGC) and as its Treasurer.
Mark Howard, Ph.D. Dr. Howard is founder of the Three Principles Institute in Belmont, California, USA. He is recognized as one of the pioneers who first brought the three principles into the field of psychology. Since 1982, Dr Howard has been teaching private clients, families, business professionals. He is now devoting his time to mentoring and supporting anyone who wishes to share the principles with love, clarity, and impact.
Dr. Howard has published a paper demonstrating the efficacy of the Three Principles in treatment. Christine Heath, the co-founder and executive director of the Hawaii Counseling and Education Center since 1985, has nearly 37 years’ experience as a marriage and family therapist. She met Sidney Banks in 1981 and has been sharing her understanding of the Three Principles since then. She was instrumental in setting up one of the first Three Principles-based clinics in the world.
Christine developed HCEC’s Three Principles-based domestic violence/anger management, outpatient substance abuse, adolescent anger management and victim impact programs. She is certified as a substance abuse counselor and she is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She provides training programs for graduate and postgraduate therapists. She offers training, coaching, consultation and seminars based on the Three Principles locally and internationally to professionals and lay people alike.

Dicken Bettinger, Ed.D., is a retired licensed clinical psychologist. His career has focused on psychological well-being. In 1986 he met Sydney Banks and the Three Principles. Dicken co-founded a Three Principle training, counseling, and education center in Vermont in 1991. Dicken was a senior staff at Pransky and Associates in La Conner, Washington for 16 years, where he developed and led corporate and university leadership trainings, team development, and executive coaching. In 2012 Dicken founded 3 Principles Mentoring. He offers 4-day immersion retreats for individuals and couples; practitioner development; and individualized training programs. He enjoys leading group seminars in the US and throughout Europe. Dicken is the co-author of a book on the Three Principles called Coming Home. Dicken has been happily married for 49 years. He has two adult children and three adored grandchildren. He enjoys photography, hiking, canoeing, and traveling the world.
Linda Pransky went to graduate school at The University of Washington in 1975. She specialized in psycho-social nursing, because she had an interest in learning how people change. She learned techniques and approaches to helping people, but nothing seemed long lasting and beneficial. When she met Sydney Banks in 1976 she saw a way for people to really change. Her vision became one of helping people seek real and long lasting change. Linda is currently on the executive committee of the Three Principles Global Community, past faculty member for the One Thought Institute and Partner at Pransky and Associates.
Dr. George Pransky is one of the two professional founders of the understanding of The Principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness. He has taught the Principles for over thirty years to individuals, couples, businesses and colleagues. Dr. Pransky is the author of The Relationship Handbook and over fifty audio recordings. During his career he has served on the faculty of three graduate universities and continues to pioneer this understanding in new industries. Currently he is a partner at Pransky and Associates and on the executive committee of the Three Principles Global Community.
Aaron Truner earned his Ph.D in Anthropology from London’s Brunel University and joined Pransky and Associates, a world leader in the pioneering approach to human potential. During his decade-long tenure there, Aaron played a key role in the expansion of the practice’s work in business.
He successfully applied an innovative approach to address challenges met by senior management at large corporations. Aaron developed applications and courses in leadership and cultural change, leveraging team performance, and creating a foundation for his clients to improve customer loyalty and increase earning potential. Aaron is a recognized international speaker in the State of Mind field, and educates executives in the private and public sectors. In 2010, Aaron co-founded One Thought with Mara Gleason to expand his practice through the development of the One Thought Practitioner Training. Ana Holmback is an Entrepreneur, a Small Business Consultant, and a Certified Transformative Coach. She studied Math/Computer Science and went to graduate school at University of Massachusetts (Lowell). Her career path has been involved in establishing, organizing and leading successful small businesses.
As a Transformative Coach and consultant, she has had the experience of serving people and creating an environment where people could see, feel, and understand their inner wellbeing foundation. Ana has coached many people in Spanish since that is her native language. For her, having found the Principles, has generated profound changes in both her personal and professional life. She participated in Michael Neill’s Supercoach Academy 2014 and in several retreats with Elsie Spittle, Dicken Bettinger, and George and Linda Pransky among others. Her openness and consistency have brought her to a deeper relationship with herself and her surroundings.
She was born in Caracas, Venezuela and currently lives in Arizona, USA. She enjoys traveling to new places, hiking, being with people, and a nice cup of freshly ground coffee.
