Introduction to the Three Principles

Discover a simple yet profound understanding that has been transforming lives for over 50 years. Rather than a method or approach, the Three Principles point to the fundamental nature of human experience—how our minds work and where well-being truly comes from. As people gain insight into this understanding, they naturally experience greater clarity, resilience, and a deep sense of peace.

Rooted in the discoveries of Sydney Banks, this understanding reveals the innate well-being within every individual, without the need for effort, techniques, or revisiting past pain. Initially shared with universities and organizations in the USA and Canada, it has since spread worldwide, profoundly impacting countless lives.

This program is created for the Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking International Communities (3P RUS and 3P UKR). The program will be presented in English and fully translated into Russian and Ukrainian. Live translation will be provided throughout the event to ensure that all participants can fully engage and benefit from the sessions.
